Cindy Dalfonso is both owner and chef at Westbrooks’s Bistro21. Cindy has made eco-friendly business practices a key part of her business model by converting Bistro21 into a zero waste restaurant. Cindy strives to provide a dining experience her customers can both enjoy and feel good about.

Georgette Hunt has been a Corporate Trainer with Paychex, Inc. in Auburn, Maine for 18 years. As trainer, Georgette facilitates Payroll classes for Payroll Specialists and company wide new hires.

Missi Labbe is the Program Development Manager for ecomaine.  She works to develop recycling programs for municipalities and businesses throughout Maine and New Hampshire.
